Meet Marion
Marion is a registered psychologist
Marion is a warm and down-to-earth psychologist who loves helping people understand themselves more deeply and live with greater ease, balance, and self-compassion. She supports clients in exploring their experiences, building on their strengths, and creating meaningful change that aligns with their values.
With a collaborative and client-centred approach, Marion provides a safe, non-judgemental space where people can share their stories, explore emotions, and move at their own pace. She believes that therapy works best when it feels like a genuine human connection, one built on trust, empathy, and curiosity.
Marion is passionate about helping people strengthen their sense of self and develop practical ways to manage stress, regulate emotions, and navigate life’s challenges with confidence. Her approach is guided by the belief that wellbeing grows from both self-understanding and the ways we connect with the world around us. She has a particular interest in supporting recently identified neurodivergent adults to explore their identity and embrace their strengths.
She draws on evidence-based therapies, including CBT and ACT, and tailors her work to each person’s needs, preferences, and personality. Marion brings experience from both the community sector and private practice setting into her work and is committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and neuroaffirming space where every person feels genuinely understood and supported.
Outside the therapy room, Marion recharges by sharing good food and conversation, baking, and getting lost in a good book.
Marion has a special interest in working in these areas:
Anxiety
Depression
Adjustment difficulties
